I have not stayed at a CitizenM in the past, but will definitely do so in the future ... Hotel had a cool, hip, chill vibe. Check in was easy and quick and the gal that helped us was so nice. Everyone that worked there that we had a interaction with was helpful and friendly.

The staff were AMAZING!! So friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Getting onto the train is literally at the door! It was the perfect location.

Great modern hotel, comfy room and bed, cleqning service. Excellent customer service and staffing. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and sightseen.
