"I had. A room with a broken window no curtains just a blind which did not block out traffic noise or did the single window glaze .
No room had a shower in room ,or toilet ,the shower was just 1m x1m floor space with no space for hanging clothes .
I would not stay there again ."

"The Hotel's location is very good. However, it is busy and can be loud at times. The check-in was a bit hard, as there is not really a front desk, as customers are required to self check in. Was unable to check in early as requested, however, staff locked up our bags. Upon returning twas unable to self checkin in. There is a buzzer, which "may" get staff to come to desk. However, I rang it and end up waiting, for awhile before staff attended. I explained, I was unable to self check in. ...

"The AC in the conservatory where we held the wedding ceremony and meal was wholly inadequate. It was 27c outside and at least that inside. The main problem was underspecified AC units ( there were only 2 - probably needed 6). There was no roof blinds to shade us from the afternoon sun, so the venue got hotter and hotter. As a result the experience was very uncomfortable - inexcusable really as the Hotel Management must have always know this was a problem in the hot summers from previous years....

"We had a lovely stay at Tewinbury for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a special night away. The hot tub made the stay feel extra special, and the whole setting was peaceful.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our anniversary feel memorable. It was a short stay, but a very enjoyable one, and we would be happy to come back again."

Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable.
Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing.
Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family."

"Lovely location. Appears to be lovely hotel set up. TERRIBLE customer service and staff. Drove 5 hours here after a paid for booking and recited email. Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund. One girl was helpful finding me a hotel twice the price 20 minutes away. The other guy working there, had a 'tough luck attitude.' I had to call a week...
