"This room is too small to be a family room, there was no place to walk or a chair to sit.
The sofa bed for 2 boys to sleep is extremely small and squeaking all night, they had to sleep on 1 side for 2 days so they couldn't sleep.
The room we had didn't have an extraction fan in the toilet so you can imagine the smell in the room.
They should not give this room as an option for 4."

"Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out.
