"A welcome change from London hotels. Nice little Italian lady looking after the guests."

"Locke is a new hotel, located at the end of South Colonnade, Canary Wharf. Modern with open plan style incorporating cafe, bar and open seated areas. Staff were great; young and enthusiastic (Sophie and Conor were a delight). The only issue I had was checking in after 10:00pm took a little longer as reception didn't seem to be staffed. Rooms are great, well appointed and overall, I'll definitely be back."

"The hotel was perfectly good in every way except for the noise that carried on throughout the evening and stopped me from sleeping well. We didn't have any rooms next to ours and it was a Monday night, so really not sure what was the cause but I'd never stay again because of that. The location was good-- across the street from the underground, staff perfectly nice, (though bar staff didn't know how to make a martini), room perfectly good but a hotel is for sleeping and I was woken up every hour...

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"We arrived at 3pm, the correct time for check in. We have NEVER seen such a huge queue for check in and such a disorganised system! People were checking in, no rooms available, people being asked to wait whilst rooms were being finished…. It was complete chaos in the reception area. Surely a hotel knows exactly how many rooms are booked, they should arrange for extra staff to be on if they have special offers on/special occasions etc to avoid this chaos. It took approximately 30-45 minutes to...

"The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."

"The staff was very pleasant and great. When we got there they stated that they could upgrade our room us to room uñer the seamThe room service menu for after hours should be better. The food was delivered late and it was cold one of the meals was cold.."
