All requests, including a (VERY!) late checkout, all promptly delivered with grace and without fuss. A particular mention to Cheri, Didi and Nazim who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Jezza(?) at Yun House was also an absolute star on Xmas day. "

"As soon as I walked in, got treated amazingly. The staff at the door were very nice and directed me to check in. Check in was easy, the kind gentleman also upgraded my room. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. Only thing is that there isn’t much of a view but like tbh not much to see other then buildings. I was a bit disappointed on the breakfast though, the service at the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Other Marriot breakfast usually come to your desk to grab your coffee order, at this one had to go grab it. The masala omellete though was amazing!! Overall 8.5/10"
