"Location and service"

"The hotel staff makes you feel welcome and takes care of your every convenience. This was my 3rd reservation with Eastin and hope to visit again. The private cigar lounge is a rare addition to the already great location. "

"The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes and slippers for kids as well and they also have bath soap for kids. My one complain is they do not refresh the water bottles they provided which doesn’t make sense to me. I get that I might not get more bottles per day but since I am staying multiple nights, they should refresh daily. "

"Apart form the location, the hotel is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and we happened to chance upon the dinner buffet; the selection was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated. Clean and modern. Staff were polite and friendly. The cafe at the lobby serves up good coffee. "

"The staff here are really helpful and friendly. This hotel is 5 minutes walk to Mutiara Damansara Metro station in a sheltered walkway. "
