It is a beautiful property but sorely lacking in service. We checked in and since it was prepaid, it was quick which was nice because it was close to midnight. Hotels usually get a credit card for incidentals, right? Well they didn't and so we had to pay each time we ate or drank in any of the food outlets. This was inconvenient. I broached it the next day but was met with a defensive stance. Oh well...

I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice.

Our stay was amazing. Parking was easy and safe. They have buggy to transport you from the carpark to the hotel lobby. Best part of the whole stay was the breakfast spread.

A most relaxing holiday

My husband and I stayed for 4 days. The hotel is peaceful, not noisy and has large open spaces. The buffet breakfast was excellent except for the croissants which were soggy not light and crispy. The swimming pool was beautiful in a resort style setting, a lap pool but not very deep. The room was clean and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the superb fine-dining at thai Fine-Dining Restaurant called GAI by Chef Darren Chia. Truly a first-class restaurant with attentive service and good wines. We'll return to that restaurant next time we're in KL.

Stylish, new hotel in Kuala Lumpur near the Phileo Damansara offices. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. Recommended stay.

Nice stay in Malaysia

I have stayed at this hotel before, but I used it again. Each time I feel the high-ceilinged entrance and the open poolside make me feel very relaxed. The staff was smooth and accommodating to my requests. I'm planning to visit Malaysia again next year and feel that I would like to use your service again.

Pleasant Stay

Nice room got free upgrade because standard room already full. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Good ballroom for conference. Just open carpark infront of hotel, have valet services & multilevel parking a bit far but got buggy services also.
