"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"Van buiten ziet het er een beetje uitgeleefd uit, maar eenmaal binnen kom je in een moderne, zeer basic ingerichte hal. Er is personeel aanwezig om te helpen in te checken. De kamer voldoet precies aan het benodigde. Bed ligt prima, kussens mogen beter wat ons betreft. Douche en toilet afgeschermd met melk glazen wand. Niet geluid dicht. Alles heel schoon. Temperatuur op de kamer is goed zelf te regelen. Een kleine fauteuil zou wel heel prettig zijn. Nu geen stoel of krukje aanwezig. "

"Chambre impeccable, personnel courtois, très bien situé par rapport au bus, métro, pubs, épicerie, cafés, restaurants. Seul petit bémol; le manque de rangement dans la chambre. Tous nos effets personnels étaient par terre. "

"Got nothing to say here. I would normally not stay in hotels like this, but it was an emergency trip just to attend a meeting at St Pancras street. This hotel location made the most sense but the hotel won’t give me any early check in option (even though I have platinum on Expedia), and asked me to pay £30 to check in at 1300PM and also another £30 to store my small luggage before checkout time. Jokes!"

I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5, as I found the buffet breakfast limited with options, Coffee was not nice and during the night in our room we would hear random knocking noises every hour or so coming from the inside of our room. "Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "
