"Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."

"We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely! "

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage - die Tube ist nicht weit entfernt und auch fußläufig sind viele Orte erreichbar (bspw. Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square...). Uns war wichtig, dass wir zentral gelegen wohnen und das haben wir mit diesem Hotel auf jeden Fall bekommen.
