"The staff were exceptional. The staff made this hotel a more special place to stay. The location and views were excellent. Breakfast buffet was full of choice, whatever you prefer, and the sausages particularly good for large scale catering. Poached eggs were superb. Loved the room, but PLEASE put some hooks on walls for hanging up wet raincoats. Ended up hanging them on the TV! Somewhere to hang towels in bathroom would be good too!"

"Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

"Booked a double seaview room which was ok but nothing to really shout about. Bed was comfortable, lots of storage and bathroom ok. Our room was situated next to the main entrance to the corridor so could hear the fire door open and close all night. Also.oppoaite a cleaning cupboard so they were in and out from quite early in the morning. The bathroom was quite dusty and there was no hand soap provided so had to use the body wash to wash hands after using the toilet. Didn't eat dinner in the...
