"Beautiful place but our mattress was so hard, I lost sleep! There was a point where I considered sleeping on the floor, as I thought it might be more comfortable, and my partner developed back and hip pain. The staff was lovely, everyone was so friendly and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. About a 20 minute walk from city centre, the location was also great! Apart from the mattress, I would definitely recommend to stay here. "

"Booked a double seaview room which was ok but nothing to really shout about. Bed was comfortable, lots of storage and bathroom ok. Our room was situated next to the main entrance to the corridor so could hear the fire door open and close all night. Also.oppoaite a cleaning cupboard so they were in and out from quite early in the morning. "We arrived in time for early entry on day 1 but still had to queue so had to queue to get through security etc. A handful of rides were open but they did include croc drop and mandrill so we quickly did those and then waitied for Dragons Fury which opened on time.
