The room we stayed in had 3 separated sleeping spaces so was brilliant for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The staff were also amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Pool and Sauna area also very nice. It was pricey, but it was value for money. Would highly recommend."

"From the point of booking the communication was very good answering all the questions we had prior to our trip. We arrived earlier than our check in to make use of the hotels luggage store, which we also utilised for a coupld of hours after check out. This was a big help for our trip and saved us trailing a large suitcase round the city. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything well. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relax stay in London."

"De duurste kamer geboekt die er bijzonder sfeervol uitzag. Er lagen verschillende soorten chocolaatjes/snoepjes op de kamer die ik lekker heb genutigd met mijn "cup of tea" en er lag een enveloppe op het bureau met mijn naam erop waarin een lekker geurtje zat. Ik had een prachtig groot bed en de lakens waren fluweelzacht waardoor ik me een "prinsesje" voelde. Er waren een paar minpunten het was bloedheet op de kamer en de thermostaat kon je zelf niet bedienen alleen helemaal uitzetten was het...
