"Brief but lovely stay, helpful staff "

"It was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not have the right outlet plug and they gave us one for free. We also had to leave for our flight very early in the morning (before breakfast was officially served) but they gave us a bag of food to take with us. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this lovely hotel. It’s so convenient when transiting through Heathrow. The restaurant is affordable and the food tasty (for dinner or lunch) and the breakfast included in the room price is fantastic."

"My daughter came in with serious jet lag and I kept misplacing my key card (or forgetting to bring the card when exiting my room😬). The staff members were gracious each time I went to get another key card. Polite and courteous behavior every time I interacted with them from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The price was also about 1/3 the amount compared to neighboring hotels. Lastly, how cool is it to be 5 stories underground "

"Thank you for letting us check in early it was very much appreciated as travelled through the night from Aberdeen so allowed my 11 yr grandson and I couple hours sleep before attending Hyde park concert person on deskwas very accommodating "

"Small but cozy room that was a good base for exploring central London. Soho is across the street. Tube station is on the same block. Theater district a few blocks away. Good place! "

"Staff was friendly and helpful on how to get around using public transportation. Breakfast was amazing definitely book ahead of time for the cheaper price. They had a a microwave in the common area and no refrigerators in the rooms. My only two con are they didn’t have wash cloths and the wifi wouldn’t work well on the main floor lobby/dinning area. "
