"Great staff and excellent customer service. A wonderfully clean hotel. Bathroom a little on the small side but not unexpected for the age of the property and number of rooms. "I was there on the hottest day in London on record in May. I was on third floor with no ac. It was terrible. The shower has a step and is tiny. The floors are uneven. Breakfast was good. I think for the money next time I’ll pick a hotel with ac. I couldn’t get any relief except at 10 pm."
