"I took my mum to London for 3 days. I live in Canada and have not been to London for a number of years. The hotel was one of the options I could get booking from Canada, and was the most expensive option of the few I shirt listed. I was so happy we picked this hotel! The staff were AMAZING. They loved asking us where we had been and always made sure we knew where we were going and knew our tube route for the day. They really made my older mum feel very special and fussed over her bag carrying...

"I stayed 1 night at the hotel with my sister to celebrate her 18th birthday. Staff were very friendly and even left some balloons and a small cake and birthday card in the room for my sister which was a lovely surprise for her. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Me and my sister enjoyed the roof terrace where we ordered some food and had some drinks.
