"Amazing facility."

"When we checked in my husband and I needed are bags immediately for a dinner We had to go to right away. We then waited in the room and called 3 times waited 45 minutes untill we needed to Hunt our bags down and get them By ourselves…. We missed our dinner. There was not proper sheets on the bed. The drains in both the bathroom sink and bathtub were completely broken. They would fill up and you have to use a spoon To pop the drain cap Open to Allow the water to Drain. I would Never stay here...

"Unfortunately, the arrival experience did not reflect five stars standards. The receptionist who handled my check-in was surprisingly abrupt and indifferent when delivering the news that my room wasn't ready. Across the board, the front desk staff lacked the professional warmth and hospitality required to create a welcoming impression. Otherwise the bellmen were very helpful, the location is very convenient. Charming hotel in Mayfair."

"Second time staying at this hotel. Our room was ready early in time for our arrival which was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. However, service in the restaurant, for both breakfast and lunch, was truly awful and ruined our experience. We won't stay again as there are better hotels in the immediate area."
