"I took my mum to London for 3 days. I live in Canada and have not been to London for a number of years. The hotel was one of the options I could get booking from Canada, and was the most expensive option of the few I shirt listed. I was so happy we picked this hotel! The staff were AMAZING. They loved asking us where we had been and always made sure we knew where we were going and knew our tube route for the day. They really made my older mum feel very special and fussed over her bag carrying...

"Very easy to travel to local tourist spots like V n A museum, natural history, Kensington palace, Hyde Park and to travel into Central for abit of retail therapy. Near hotel was a lovely garmers market on Saturdays "

We spent 6 nights here and found the area of South Kensington wonderful, with many restaurants, museums, and the hotel just a short walk to the Tube, making getting around London easy. "This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!"

"Beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street just steps from the V&A and natural history museums. Very close to the S. Kensington tube station. High end shopping abounds. Very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again. "
