Great location and food

Superb room

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Best buffet in town by far. Excellent check in staff

Beautiful clean and quiet beach and bay. No annoying quad bikes or jet skis polluting the water and air, and creating noise pollution (very unenvironmental, hate Cenang Beach for those reasons). Amazing architectural design, in tune with the environment and organically done.

We came here for our honeymoon and the service from all the staffs were amazing. Rooms were decorated for honeymoon, breakfast selection was top tier, and everyday we spent here seemed like heaven on earth. Amenities were top notch and aesthetically pleasing, the surrounding areas were habited by wild life and beautiful trees and plants. Rock pool was something different offered than other resorts here which we only found out upon checking in, that was something we really loved. Overall we...

The room was superb. The staff was very friendly

I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table

Best hotel I have ever stayed in in Kuala Lumpur. The view to the Petronas Twin Tower is amazing. The breakfast was great, the service was brilliant and the room is cozy.

Our family enjoyed our 3 nights stay here

Like the most- f&b, and customer service Least like- aircond- not cool enough for me

Friendly hotel staff everywhere at the property, they gave me happy wonderful stay. The room is clean with nice view and good amenities. I love their robe, very comfortable. Restaurants and bars are also great. Tasty BF and other dishes I enjoyed a lot. Spa treatment was also amazing.

Had an amazing stay 10/10

I didn’t stay here on those dates. I wasn’t even in KL so there could be something wrong with the system. Rated all 5-stars because I have been there before and it was good then.

Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

Clean room.
