"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"While our room was small, it was very comfortable, and the location can't be beat - right in the center of London. Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - we were able to get a later checkout and the staff helped with luggage and getting a cab to the airport. "

"I had the best nights sleep in this hotel. It was extremely quiet. even the fan was quiet but worked well. The room was clean,the check in was easy.The hotel felt safe for a single traveller. The calmness of the hotel helps anyone who needs a break or to just quiet down for a bit."

"Our room was in the -1 floor so it was dim, damp and can use a bit more ventilation. Location is very convenient, just few minutes walk from St Pancras station. Room was clean and we had a good night's rest. "

"Room was dirty, suspicious stains in odd places. Brown/red stain on curtains and near bottom of mattress. No A/C, fan was included in closet but coated in dust. Toilet would not flush most of the time, occasionally it succeeded. Random food on the floor of lobby. Based on above experience, did not order their breakfast."

"The toilet in out room had to be flushed multiple times before going down. The bedding had something on it that looked like mucus. "

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "

"Location very good. Check in good. Went to the room and checked and found the bed sheet, pillows cases and duvet cover was not change. The double bed sheet was very creased and had body fluid stains in the middle of the bed. The sofa bed also was dirty. I went down to the bar reception ask there was a duty manager and told her that bed sheet was not change. She immediately informed housekeeper to rectify the problem. The housekeeper came to the room within 5 minutes to see the situation and...

"The breakdast buffet was fresh and very substantial. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location with proximity to public transportatiin and a hub for guided tours was ideal. "

"Hôtel calme au bord de la Tamise, près des transports public. Petit déjeuné copieux. Bien pour les familles. Petit bémol, pas d'eau chaude au robinet du lavabo de la sale de bain. Et il y avait un trou dans le plancher au pied de l'escalier du lit superposé."

"Our room was impossibly small with only a bed to sit on or take turns getting items from our suitcases by putting them on the bed. Next time I would definitely request a larger room. It was very very tight for the four nights we were there. Otherwise, staff was nice, room was clean. We would like to have had wash cloths."
