Excellent location. Small rooms. The bathroom was tiny and the overhead shower very annoying. Soaked the floor as there wasn’t a large enough barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. The handshower worked fine. Overall would recommend for a somewhat reasonably priced hotel in expensive London. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The room was clean, but there was no place to recharge my phone unless I went down to the cafe across from the front desk which had lots of charging stations. The full English breakfast was good, but dinner was only served in the lounge. There was an umbrella rental for 3 pounds for 48 hours. On Saturday night nobody answered to give a wake up call. The staff in charge of the luggage was very helpful. All staff was loving and kind.

Will definitely stay here again. From moment we checked in to when we left,all was excellent. Checked in early without a problem, room was spotless, bed comfortable, hotel was very clean throughout, bar open until 12.30 with great service and breakfast was first class with excellent choice.
