"We booked with hotels.com for a superior room on a room only basis and then I received a message from the hotel a few days prior offering an upgrade to a club room with complimentary breakfast for £30 per person it was worth it. "Fantastic hotel. My daughter and I stayed one night and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the reception area was lovely and a great place for breakfast (which was delicious and free for my daughter as she is 8 years old). The room itself was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. We stayed in a room in floor one at the back. The shower was great and the use of the Ipad to control everything entertained my daughter! My only suggestion for improvement would be tea...
