"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"Great hotel, very well appointed, staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. Rooms were surprisingly large for London, especially with the Marriot Bonvoy upgrades if you have a level that entitles you to an upgrade. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"This is our second stay at The LaLit London and we were just as impressed this time as we were the last. The staff are very friendly and the room was spacious and accommodating. The daily breakfast is also a fantastic way to start the day. We particularly like that the hotel is outside the centre of London so less hustle and bustle but with easy access to public transport to get around as needed. We look forward to rebooking The LaLit for our next stay in London."

"Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."

"Lovely stay at the Ibis Southwark. A warm welcome on arrival and we were able to get an early check in which was much appreciated. Room was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee provided in room as were bathroom toiletries. Ideally situated near the South Bank and Borough Market. Continental breakfast was varied and plentiful, the fresh pastries were delicious, We loved the quirky decor which added real character to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, We haven’t stayed here before...
