"This hotel was a breath of fresh air and just what we needed on day 9 of our European trip. We had already stayed at 2 boutique hotels on this trip - one in another part of London and another in Paris. They had their charm and positives for what they were. But, the Park Plaza was so spacious and inviting, plenty of appointed furniture to spread out, and a shower and tub in the bathroom. "Lovely hotel! The staff was wonderful! Also, the bar and restaurant were nice. Try to get a room on the back of the hotel if you are on a low floor. It's noisy! That's the price for being so incredibly close to all the transportation options! It made visiting London sites a breeze. Very walkable and literally you are across the street from the tube and bus depo for both public and tour buses."

"Generally very good. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool on warm days. (room 524). Need to replace/add flexible water seal under tub/shower glass door. Leaked too much water onto the floor during every shower. Staff was good !"
