"So much to say ! The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean. It was close to the the London Victoria Coach station ( 12 minute walk), there’s Preto Brazilian Steakhouse (7 minute walk ), the hotel had a great bar. "

"Wir verbrachten einen fünftägigen Aufenthalt mit zwei Kleinkindern in dem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren ansprechend und makellos, die Betten boten hohen Komfort. Seit der Übernahme durch RIU steht das Restaurant nicht mehr zur Verfügung, was sich insbesondere beim Frühstück bemerkbar machte. Das Buffet präsentierte sich täglich identisch, und die Frische der Früchte, beispielsweise Avocados und Lachs, liess zu wünschen übrig. Die Backwaren, wie Donuts und Mini-Croissants, waren geschmacklich nicht...

"Very nice, convenient and spotless appartment. Well equipped. We were a party of 4, and we were very comfortable. The location is convenient at walking distance from tube stations, but we found taking the bus even more convenient. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Communications with the owners were quick at times, a little less so at others."

"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"

"For the location, price and room size, the hotel was excellent. I was worried about the reviews I had read about it not being a 4 star but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definately stay again. The staff were so nice , helpful and friendly.

"The room was really clean and the staff were very nice and polite. The location of the hotel was also very nice and close to the victoria station. However, the single room was much smaller than shown in the photos. The room was on the third floor. There was no lift and the water pressure was not very good. Also, the walls very pretty thin. I could hear the people snoring in the next room. "
