Our room was in the bottom of the annex. Immaculately clean, great condition facilities. Very quiet at night and in a great location. Just a few mins walk to Victoria station. Will definitely stay here again. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Comfortable and clean room, perfect for our family of 3. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for Victoria Station and easily walkable to restaurants and other attractions. The only thing I didn’t expect was our room being in an annexe across the street, which made it less appealing to use the lounge to relax in, so we stayed in our room when we wanted a rest.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made everything very straightforward on arrival. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was beautiful with plenty to choose from and everything was nicely prepared. I asked for a quiet room and they found me a lovely peaceful room so that I got a good nights sleep after a very long day. Very much appreciated, thank you! Breakfast was very good (I did look around at the takeout options but the in-house breakfast was better value). Location was really convenient and as lone female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around during the early evening and morning.

We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel us goid, staff is really good. But make sure to get room on the ground floor or up, never agree to basement room. Horrible, noisy area. I suffered because of noise and staff gas no understanding about people sleeping, were very loud, slamming the door every 5 min, i couldnt sleep since 4 AM. So, yeah, hotel is great but room has to be away from basement.
