"We loved our stay. We received a free room upgrade and free cocktails (as I’m a Gold member). Also, the mini fridge in the room was well stocked and free to use. It was a really quiet, tucked away hotel yet it was in a great location. The rooftop bar was a real plus! We would come again. "

"Room is clean and comfortable but doesn’t have a view and too close to the adjacent building to open the curtains. It also doesn’t have body lotion. In the morning it got quite noisy with the sound of neighbouring doors opening and closing so sleep felt disturbed."

We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube.
