"No a/c room was extremely hot and stuffy, room not ready at check in, check in delayed for an additional hour, breakfast was okay but not the best, bed was not comfortable, room was not cleaned or attended too during our for day stay."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to Victoria train/underground/coach station. The room and bath room are very small as it is an old building. We can clearly hear the couple talking next door and the people walking in the room above us. There is no air conditioning, it is very hot even in the end of May. Don’t know how people can stay there in summer."

"The stay was great, good location with a QPark around the corner and convenient for our stay. I would recommend for a low cost option especially if visiting for a Show. The hotel is no frills and as long as you’re happy with that won’t be disappointed."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Keine 10 min zu Fuß zur Victoria Station. Außerdem in unmittelbarer Nähe vieler kleiner Restaurants und Pubs. Das Personal im Hotel war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung, wenn man z.B. einen späten Flug hat, ist möglich. Leider ließ sich im Zimmer das Fenster nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage war direkt gegenüber vom Bett, was sehr unangenehm war. Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine...
