"Au prix de la chambre, nous n’en revenions pas de ne pas pouvoir avoir de simples coupes de vin à notre chambre et nous avons essayé fort d’en obtenir sans succès, en appelant au frontdesk, au restaurant! Nous nous sommes fait dire que le seul moyen d’en avoir était de s’acheter une bouteille de vin au restaurant de l’hôtel…Nous avons payé un extra en plus pour être dans une suite! C’est inacceptable comme service!!"

"Pros:The rooms were very clean. Our coffee maker did not work and we needed some towels. The staff brought it up to our room in 30 minutes. The casino was wonderful with many different choices of what to play. Staff was helpful anytime we needed anything or had a question. The bathroom was huge and the room was decent size. Another nice quality about this hotel is its located further up the boardwalk, away from some of the craziness. Cons: The pictures show a hot tub,THERE IS NO HOT TUB...
