"Cons: Check in was a mess! The lines for the self-service kiosk and customer service were wrapped and slow. We were told we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After not receiving a text, and dragging our luggage around the casino, we finally went and spoke to customer service. They "unassigned" us from our room and we were never reassigned. The text would've never come. When we were finally given a room, it was a view of the parking lot, with the sphere far in the background....

"Had a room by the pool, but did not go.The pool was 21 and older, but felt like a geriatric celebration. There were restaurants without bathrooms. You also had to go on another floor to go to the bathroom if you used the gym. The customer service was a five out of five, but some of their bars, including the slushy stand we’re not very friendly and we’re dismissive. Good location, but I would not stay here again."

"The overall stay wasn't bad. No microwave in the room, and so many hidden fees at checkout. The wifi doesn't work, and there's no hot water in the middle of the night."

"The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience."
