"We didn’t go to gamble. I can’t tell you about the casino, except it’s huge. Lots of food options up there escalator. Starbucks and the Roasted Bean both served watery coffee. I like mine strong. McDonald’s has better coffee. Staff was helpful. Check in is via kiosk. That was quick. Just have your confirmation number handy. Self parking for $20 a day was breezy. "It's convenient; however, a broken cabinet lid fell on my foot, exposing dust and used plastic bottles under the sink. It was disgusting. Housekeeping doesn't pick up when you call. Ice buckets are not ready."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. Unfortunately this time my room was an older room. I found 2 roaches and the fridge did not work. I have medication that has to be refrigerated. I called the desk and they said they had nothing else available. So basically I had to stay there. They make it right the next day and moved us to another room. Much better. Also the manager gave us some credits on our bill. Next visit I will likely stay elsewhere."
