"The room was outdated and smelled like smoke. The smoke smell is all over on the hallway. Cleaning was at a minimum. Garbages over flowing on casino. Stay away"

"There were some kind of construction going on from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. The lines for the elevators were long every night. There were 2-4 security personnel at the entrance and nobody would organize the lines or give information unless asked for. The ladies at the second floor were more professional and gave us some information as of why we had to go that route. If I would have known I would had booked a room at the Mandalay towers instead of the W."
