"Pretty disappointed with our stay at the Luxor. Our check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but we didn’t get into a room for about 45 minutes. Then after checking in, we still had to wait almost another hour just to get our room keys because everything was so disorganized. "They charge you a resort for internet per room and allow 2 d voices to connect but connection is absolutely terrible. TV video quality is average at best; check in check out is absolutely the worst with a bunch of useless people who hardly know anything and unable to help for most people. Queues are super long with each person taking looong time to check in and check out people. Parking garages card scans are horrible and most of them don’t work….everyone is frustrated how long it takes to get...
