"The esthetic was beautiful, however small details weren't well maintained. Example, the doors to the room were terribly scuffed and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in months. Also, the rooms have connected doors to the next room. Make sure you lock your side. Not sure why they would have that. It was creepy to say the least. Everything was overpriced and they have ridiculous resort fees. The valet and taxi service are excellent. I never had to wait long at all. If you want to stay somewhere...

"La verdad quedé muy decepcionada, El Costo está muy elevado para lo que ofrecen, Me Ofendió te. Cobran por la TV cada película me Vi dos 70 me cobraron no tiene TV gratis, la pócima sucios el jacuzzi daba asco de lo sucio la verdad por lo que pagué dos noches salieron casi en 700, es mejor quedarse en uno económico e ir a otro lugar es mucho dinero para lo que ofrece"

"One of the classic LV hotels on the strip. We got 4 rooms total with one at the W, which is need of a remodel but it looks like they’re in the process of doing. The pools were awesome but the lazy river was pretty cold. Other than that, Mandalay was rad."

"There was no in room amenities . No hot water kettle, coffee pods, no tea bags, sugar . This are the basic amenities provided world wide free of cost for morning wake up . Upon request to my shock there was charge of 11 dollars which is in acceptable."

"Check out was at 11am, but the housekeeper knock 3 times before that time. She waited outside our door… we felt rush to leave the room even though it wasn’t time for it. We were planning to have breakfast before leaving the room. I complained to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. They just told me I could checkout at 12pm if I wanted to stay longer. We were so upset we left early."
