"Room has no mini fridge, bathroom signs are hard to see ( I'm short) and really altogether signs and direction is hard to follow and gps doesnt work in the hotels."

"Room had damages and I had to call a few times to get it fixed. They eventually fixed it but it was literally a panel that fell on the floor exposing under the sink. Which had construction tools in it. (They didn’t remove it when they fixed it. So it’s still there)"

"I booked a double bed ocen view the ocen view was beautiful but the beds were horrible hard and super small smaller than a full size bed the pool were so packed they were dirty we saw a bandage in one after that my daughter didn’t wanted to get in the pools at all except the adult pool that one is the only one super clean in the kalia tower"
