"We didn’t eat breakfast at the buffet since the price was so high. We waited about five hours to get a text that our room was ready. Finally went back to the lobby and someone found that the room was ready but never contacted us."

"The resort is beautiful. I stayed in the Ali Tower, which is beautiful as well, but there are a few updates that could be made to help the space feel newer and cleaner. The staff is wonderful — I maybe encountered one rude staff member during my entire stay. I do wish the vendors were still allowed to sit on the beach and sell like in previous years. I’ve stayed at this resort three times and definitely plan to go back."

"We were given the wrong room, our Next room smelt of sewerage and we had to change again and front desk staff told us that we were not the 1st to complain about this. There were no basic amenities in the room such as a kettle. The air-conditioner was very loud as well as pipes in the wall. I had to call three times before getting hold of someone at reception to ask for more toilet paper as our room was never serviced when he had the dnd off.
