"Almost great, but major issues including: not enough staff to help with check in issues (the line was about 1.5 hours), no way to request connecting rooms without waiting in the line (folks on the phone couldn’t do it), water was very cloudy, and the television was glitchy enough to not be watchable. "I stayed at the remodeled tower and upgraded to stay on the strip view. The fixtures were rusty in my room, I requested my room to be cleaned after 4pm on a certain day and in was not cleaned. I was there for my Sorority conference and very disappointed in what was supposed to be remodeled tower"

"As a person who travels internationally and locally a lot, I have never in my life experienced such consistently bad customer service by multiple employees. Yes, somebody may be having a bad day, but for multiple of your employees to be so rude, there must be something else going on. I did not expect this in a resort like that. If you believe that you can handle a huge flow of customers on regular basis, then you must be more cognizant of how you treat them and how you respond to them."

In addition, the hotel charged a security deposit that was supposed to be refunded after my stay, but I have not received the refund yet."
