"Rooms claim to be non smoking,however both times I tried this hotel the rooms still smell of cigarette smoke.Must be in the walls.Also,check in was a mess. Waiting time over an hour +."

"I didn't like that I had to pay for extra people that was in the room with to use the WiFi and then had to pay forty dollars for resort fee whatever that is I thought I paid the resort fee when I rented the room. I would not be staying there no more."

"Good property. They need more space for the pool area, better fast food restaurants. The lines are to long to try and sit. I walked to The Luxor and the Excalibur to avoid lines and high prices. There are no breakfast spots or fast food locations at The Mandalay Bay."

"The property is beautiful but the hotel front staff members are the rudest i have ever encountered. They lack hospitality and customer service etiquette. Hotel also tries to charge on early check in and upsell you on views. I won't be staying at this property again."
