"When we arrived in our room , the water from the shower head was flowing and the one from the tub . So the bathroom floor was wet. Haven’t even sat down , we had to call the maintenance to come up and check. They told us us they were letting the water run for maintenance and that they should not have the room assigned to us. But they fixed anyway. We were too tired to transfer to another room. They said they would report but nobody came and followed up. Then one time we came back to our room...

"Every thing was great but we found live cockroach outside the hallway on 10th floor of south building. When we notified the concierge we were told its common to have cockroaches crawl inside the building since the pool doors are open often. This was bit surprising but overall a 5 star property and great services."
