"No in room amenities, enjoy morning coffee, no coffee maker in room, mattress was sub-par. Billing was questionable, offered in room check out, however, they never applied the Expedia pre-payment in the bill. Had to check out in person to resolve the billing issues we found to be deceptive. Not at all satisfied with Ocean."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Vistana resort. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with full kitchen and living room and the interior design and decor were very well done considering the building was probably much older. The renovation was nice, but we did have to walk three flights of stairs as those older buildings did not have elevators. There are seven pools, so you choose the one closest to your building and it was very nice. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and the check-in process...

"My main complaint about the place would be that their signage wasn't very good. It was easy to get turned around and lost; but even in saying that, when we would need help the staff were as helpful as they could be to get us back on track. It was a good value for the money."

"We had 2 beds and a pull out overlooking Horseshoe and American falls. The room and the view were incredible. The floor plan didn't make sense. You can see the falls from the jetted tub through a sliding window in the bathroom but the queen and pull out beds are in the room in between. What's the point of the view from the tub if you're sharing the room with the kids? The toilet can only be accessed by walking between the shower and tub so if either is in use, the rest of the family has to...
