I spent my entire first day in Vegas from 11 to 4:30 hauling around my luggage being told that I could check in early being told I was being charged to check in early then being told that wasn’t an option after I’d waited hours. I paid the $60 fee to check out late because they don’t offer an option to hold your bags like every other hotel I’ve been to does and they locked us out of our room even though they’ve taken my money for late checkout. "The staff and our room was great and clean. Was surprised at how busy and packed all the pools and beaches were. We never got to use any amenities due to how busy it was. Luckily we had a rental and went to other beaches."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The casino has the odor from peopel's smoking. I thought indoor smoking has been all banned in the US. Apparently not. The price paid for the room and the resort fee do not cover the meals. It has a nice buffet restaurant and other restaurants avaiable at your own expense. It is nice that Avis rental car has an office right there. If you need to rent a car to go somewhere, it is convenient."

"I liked that the SPOT was next door . Was a great place to eat and hang out and look at the beach. Don’t like that we got the 2 hours early to check in at 2:00 and still had to wait till after 5 o’clock to get into are room . Only 1 elevator worked so there was a constant wait for it and when you did get on it was crowded. Didn’t help either that the ice machine was broken on my floor and so (I’m on vacation ) not using the stairs to go up and down to another floor to get ices like I had to ....

"Great property, if you know what to expect. Rooms(Elevate) are a bit on the smaller side, but have been updated, not luxury but given the room rates,, you really can't complain. Service at the front desk was friendly and very willing to take note of service requests, they were accommodating and quick and it was mich appreciated, especially late at night. .
