"There was a really loud buzzing noise in the green tower building no matter what floor I was on. I had switched my room three times already there was mold in the first room. After switching from the 10th floor to the eighth floor and then to the fifth floor, there was a buzzing sound in the walls that I cannot get any rest in the room because it was so loud."

"The AC in our Penthouse was too weak in the bedroom even at the Lowest 65 degrees felt like 70 -72 ONLY THE BEDROOM though. In the living room the AC worked fine."

"Had an issue with the late check in, they gave our room away twice, room we they moved us to was not a remodeled room as we had book, things was missing things in both rooms. But not the worse service I have had, the staff was still nice throughout the whole thing no point of getting mad and yelling at them."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite in 44th floor, the view is excellent, both US and Canada sides can be seen. The bed and sheets are just comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The only thing that they should improve is the entertainment, need smart tv. The tv is old style and expensive movies. More flexibility if smart tv is offered."
