"Not sure what the disconnect between the resort and Expedia is however we were given a room of lesser value that we did not pay for. Had to jump through hoops and figure out rooming on the first day of my birthday trip and ended up having to pay extra for the upgrade in room. while management tried to help I was still disappointed as this was my first time visiting Hawaii. Rooming should be made clear when booking through third party and should reflect exactly what is on the resorts websites....

"The property and staff were wonderful; I've never encountered this level of cheerful helpful hosts and staff on any of my previous visits to Las Vegas. Prices were not as high as many warn about. One planning consideration for other visitors, the parking lot and registration lobby are on the south end of the resort, the elevators to the guest rooms are completely on the other side... all the way across the enter casinos and it's a BIG casino. In my room the WiFi signal was so weak that I could...
