"The pool area was so small. Everybody was on top of each other."

"The property was dirty outside and smelled like feces mixed with marijuana. There was no one at the front desk to assist us with some check in issues we had and we spent well over an hour waiting in line to speak to someone. The room wasn’t properly cleaned once we did finally check in and didn’t have any soap, the furniture was broken and floors in bathroom were dirty. We went to the Pyramid Cafe for breakfast and the cups we were served for our drinks were dirty like they hadn’t been run...

"The water drains very slowly in the sink and bath. The body wash and shampoo was not refilled. Everything else was perfect!"

"One of the classic LV hotels on the strip. We got 4 rooms total with one at the W, which is need of a remodel but it looks like they’re in the process of doing. The pools were awesome but the lazy river was pretty cold. Other than that, Mandalay was rad."

"There was no in room amenities . No hot water kettle, coffee pods, no tea bags, sugar . This are the basic amenities provided world wide free of cost for morning wake up . Upon request to my shock there was charge of 11 dollars which is in acceptable."

"Check out was at 11am, but the housekeeper knock 3 times before that time. She waited outside our door… we felt rush to leave the room even though it wasn’t time for it. We were planning to have breakfast before leaving the room. I complained to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. They just told me I could checkout at 12pm if I wanted to stay longer. We were so upset we left early."
