I had no bath wash for three days and after numerous calls to housekeeping, finally intercepted an actual housekeeper to have the body wash filled. Rooms are very outdated. Windows are filthy. "At check-in , I had to wait for 30 minutes for the computer to reboot- but that could be over looked except for our experience at the pool. We went to the pool where I was turned away because my card wasn’t a W. I was told I was only allowed at the lazy river and the wave pool area. My daughter has issues with loud crowds- and the W pool was more calm and quiet.
