"When we arrived I paid for early arrival and entrance to the room. When we got to the room two people were removing a dehumidifier. We were told nothing was wrong yet the carpet was wet and it smelled moldy. The air wasn’t working and it was 82 degrees in the room. We complained and were moved to a new room where the tv was going on and off and the refrigerator overheated in the night and our leftover food went bad. This was our only vacation of the summer and we were very disappointed."

"After traveling all day, it took my family of 6 with 4 kids an hour to check in. They had one person for about 30 people trying to check in. The wait was terrible, they should have been able to shift the team around to accommodate by cross training their staff. Instead 5 people sitting around not helping each other. There was a sound of dripping water all night in our room from something and it wasn’t raining, could have been some leak. Pretty annoying noise and hard to sleep through. Still,...
