"I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast that was included with my stay. I was expecting a continental breakfast, but this was full out breakfat...eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit and more!! Rooms were very clean, and the whole kitchen setup was a complete bonus!!"

As a footnote I would add more pillows would be wonderful (we only had two per queen bed.) But it wasn't detrimental to our stay. Thanks all!"

"Do not stay here. 3 different families were upset bc they offer a shuttle and close it early. We booked queen beds and they were very small not queens. Staff was rude and horrible. Do not recommend. "

"breakfast was good but the advertisement said on the beach and I was 1 block away. that was false advertisement. the room was clean but it smelled terribly. there are 3 Best Western buildings, 1 on the beach, 1 for the lobby and another one which are separate buildings. I had to go to 1 building to check in and then go to another building. I think it was very inconvenient. I left a night early as I couldn't take the smell "

I truly hate to be a complainer and was not expecting anything more than basic accomodations, however the various kinds of grime on the walls, the leftover mustache hairs in the corners at the sink, and the filth on the floors/in the corners left us feeling dirty. More than FEELING dirty, my daughter walked around bare foot for no more than 20 minutes and the bottoms of her feet were completely black. The shower was so poorly maintained and cleaned that...
