"Didn't know they were having a launch the check in girl told us when and where. 5th floor. It was amazing. Staff was amazing from check in to check out. Will stay there again. Breakfast was great. Room very clean."

"Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly conversation by the front desk attendant Chris. After checking in we went to the room which was very clean and comfortable with ample space. After heading down to retrieve our luggage (which was a lot of luggage and toys that were overbearing after a week at Disney) I asked Chris for a trolley to bring up the luggage on a single trip, He said unfortunately there were none available at the moment.
