"We booked a queen room with sofabed for 3 people (2 parents and 10yr old), however, there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I went to reception who gave me a rolled up bundle of fitted sheet and flat sheet with stains on and a blanket that had holes and smelled awful. I asked for some pillows and was told that the hotel had 'run out' as everyone had wanted 4 or 5 pillows that night! The mattress was absolutely awful and so thin and old on the sofabed, I could pinch it flat with my fingers!...

"The room had really bad stains over the curtains ,it is dated and really needs Reno’s. The main door would have easily opened with a push as it did not fit into the frame very well. Great location but would not stay here again."

"Loud people not necessarily the hotel's fault but the thin non-insulated door with no seal and the hangout picnic area outside the door is. Loudest place I've ever stayed. Don't expect much in the breakfast; gravy biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, mini donuts, toast. Hidden parking fee of $5 per night too. Clean, comfortable beds, great AC, close to the beach."

"We stayed here overnight to visit the KSC the next day and check in was easy. The breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious, especially for an included breakfast. It was nice that it was offered for an extended time on a weekend. Our room was spotless and seemed to be recently renovated. It was super comfortable and spacious with the bedroom semi divided from the living area, each room had their own tv. We also appreciated the microwave and fridge being included. "Can’t really complain about a two bedroom hotel room for under $100 with a view of cocoa beach. Super convenient for my family of 6 during our road trip. It could have been a tad cleaner in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom faucet but other than that no complaints. Had a lady yelling for help in the bedroom above us but guess that could happen at any hotel. Waffle House steps from the hotel and enormous Ron Jon surf shop right down the rd."

"Did not feel safe at this hotel. A lot of homeless on the street out front. My interior window on first floor room was unlocked when I checked it. Airport shuttle was nice but did not start till 6:00 am and did not run after 6:00 pm"

"The lazy river was my favorite place to be i could just float relax and rest.the staff was very nice and helpful. The beat place ever i love it. the carts that you can chexk out at yhe front desk for free have 2 chair and an umbrella and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. If i could i would live here forever.i tell all my friends and family i can't say enough about how wonderful this place is"
