"The views for the fallsview room was great, the room had a good amount of space, but the hot water wasn't working during our stay. Water is also $5/bottle if you're not part of their loyalty program and the parking is a bit of a walk. The location is great if you plan on hanging out around the fallsview area."

"On the surface, this hotel offers the appearance of a higher profile stay, but as you settle in, the deficiencies start to emerge and its far from great. To begin with, the Expedia rate I had secured, differed from the rate we ended up being charged (not a great start), and the front desk attendant was pretty condescending, but we didn't let that bother us too much. "No breakfast was offered at the hotel. It would’ve thought at least a continental breakfast would be offered for the price of the room. Excellent view from our window overlooking the falls. Doesn’t get much better than that. I guess the cleaning crew was under added as the room was only cleaned upon request. If this room didn’t have a view the rating would’ve been much worse."

"We stay here regularly on our yearly trip to the island. The rooms are great - comfortable and clean, staff super friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is very good. The neighborhood feels welcoming and friendly too. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was undergoing renovations, and an ownership change. Elevators were not operational. Staff was not successful with transitioning from buffet breakfast to restaurant style breakfast. It was loud there were a lot of construction workers. And unfortunately, all the amenities that we were looking forward to when it comes to an Embassy suites we’re no longer available due to the ownership change. "
