"The room was newly updated, modern, and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was confusing on arrival ,no signs or schedule at the airport or online. At the hotel, though, the schedule was clearly posted, the shuttle ran on time, and the driver was very friendly. I arrived at 12:30pm and asked about early check-in, but was quoted $60 even though check-in is at 3 pm. I would’ve preferred being told the room wasn’t available. Overall, an excellent stay. Great location close to the subway. I’d stay here again. "

"Loved the staff, check in was a breeze, room was spotless. We had hoped for the falls view, but wasn’t available, HOWEVER, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset on the city view side, as well as the most beautiful full moon in front of a black sky. It snowed a bit, it was so pretty! I think not having the Fallsview side turned out to be better! We did go to the observation floor to see the falls, so beautiful with everything covered in ice. There was not a single place in the entire hotel (including stairwells) that weren’t SPOTLESS. We will definitely stay again. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The highlight of my stay was the pool and the hot tub... I would definitely come back! The resort fee is a bit annoying given that I didn't go to the casino and the buffet was closed. I'm not sure what that fee is for "
