"Nice place although they do have illusions of grandeur. The hot springs are "managed" to a temperature which is about body temperature. We were surprised that the in-room coffee amenities were on a par with those offered in cheaper motels."

"The room was clean but that's it. The hotel was dirty looks nothing like the pictures. The A/C unit was held in by cardboard. No plug ins to plug your phone in to charge. My husband and I will never stay there again. Not worth the price. If we could have changed hotels we would have but everything was booked."

"The bathroom and bedding etc were very clean. The kitchen floor, when we wiped up water, we found was dirty. The kitchen lacked a sponge to wash the dishes with, no scrubber for the pots and pans and no tea towels to dry the dishes. The bedroom lacked air flow, air conditioner doesn't go that far. "Loved the large shower with luxurious shower head, loved the lit up mirror that evaporated the steam from the shower. Bed & bedding very comfortable. Fridge excellent. Entire room felt luxurious, comfortable, especially for the very reasonable price! Loved the balcony overlooking the park. Great air conditioning."

"The breakfast was made of cold boiled eggs and rubber waffles. The day staff were cold and not friendly at all. The lady cooking breakfast was quite rude and did not stay on top of items that needed to be replenished."
