"This was an incredible property and sleeps 12 people comfortably in 6 double beds. The four upstairs bedrooms are very good sizes and each has their own ensuite bathroom. Since this is a brand new build and I think we may have been the first people to rent there were a couple small issues. No towel racks or toilet paper holders in any bathroom. For a house holding that many people more dishes and silverware should be available for at least 2 meals before having to use dishwasher and more...

"1. I do not recommend booking with GlobalStay. I would not do it again. 2. Pay attention: a) prices in USD; b) they ask for a deposit before arrival; c) you have to pay for any extra guests per night; d) at this location, AC/Heat was not functioning. 3. They did not return my deposit in full because they claimed that I caused damages to the property, which I definitely disagree with. So far, I have not found a way to get my money back. "
