"Great view of the river along with an updated room !"

"Close proximity to restaurants and amenities downtown Kamloops. Great character building and helpful, attentive staff."

"The staff was amazing, gave us a map and directed us to where we needed to go."

"Unfriendly staff."

"When we were first arriving, not to the hotel yet, they tried to take the payment before arriving, I had to transfer it over but manger was saying I had an HR or they were canceling my reservation, never had that before, they’re were homeless living in the garbage can area, I noticed our blankets on the one bed had burn holes throughout the entire blanket. Reasonable price for 5 days, but would never stay again."
