"Room was quiet and clean, staff were lovely, location was perfect for put itineray despite we hadnt planned to stay here initially. Only updates worth mentioning is the pool area could use some maintainance (fresh paint, doors to change rooms replaced) and the chair in our room was stained and could use a steam clean. "

"Rundle Chalet provided excellent value as a base for trips to the provincial and national parks in the area. Kitchen facilities were well equipped for making meals. Would definitely stay again!"

"We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. The staff were beyond accommodating. The outdoor facilities were just perfect and welcoming after a long day of travel. The only downside is that there was no food available on the property, other than vending machines. Other than that, I highly recommend staying at this place."

"Room was outdated, only a night stand on one side of the bed but the staff was friendly, hot tub was nice and the views in Canmore are exceptional "

"Upon checking in the staff were super kind and eager to help. I enjoyed the snacks and drinks in lobby and it was overall a comfortable stay. When there was an issue with our fireplace, maintenance arrived right away to fix it. Thank you. "

"今回家族で利用しました。立地が最高‼︎ 街の中心部にあった為、どこに行くにも便利。部屋は清潔‼︎ 部屋からのロケーションを重視するなら、グレードアップがオススメ‼︎ 駐車場はあったが、別料金でした。スタッフの方は、泊まる前にキチンと連絡事項があればメールをくださったので、安心でした。マイナスポイントはお風呂場の換気扇が壊れていた事と、部屋全体の照明が少なく暗かった事でした。"
