"Staff should be friendly"

"Great location, room was clean and gave the 4 of us enough space, loved the separate sitting area. Gentleman at front desk (sorry can’t remember his name), was exceptional! Anything we needed, he was always so helpful and friendly!!! Quick to give us suggestions in the area, and just any tips advice we asked for.
