"Found long black hairs in our new room towel and after requesting new towels one of those had hairs all over it too! I can understand once but twice especially after providing the reason for new towels, it’s clearly visible and should be noticed when folding the towels. Made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The hallway also had a consistent bad smell but it didn’t carry into the room. Otherwise our stay was good we only stayed one night, it’s in a great location walking distance to many things and...

"Again, parking is a hassle. Parking located a 5 minutes walk away in a parking garage. Multiple single steps up and down from sidewalks, and a staircase from roadway up to parking lot. Makes it difficult for folks with heavy, rolling luggage. College should consider putting ramps in for just this purpose. Or maybe a concierge service to bring bags from parking garage to the lobby."

"Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The facilities were clean and central. There is an issue with groups partying at this location though we were fortunate not to encounter any real issue past 11:30pm and in the end did not involve the front desk."

"Everything at this place was great, I have been here many time. Host was incredibly polite and accommodating. My one honest complaint is the cost for one night for a single bedroom condo unit (over $800). This was never the case. Either way as always very enjoyable."
