"A DELIGHTFUL PLACE Having reserved 2 nights for a modrate fee, we expected a moderately comfortable stay in this excellent Salmon Arm location. We were to be surprised. From the welcoming staff, to the tour of the grounds, to the delights of the large pool and gardens, all set within the original forest, it is a HIDDEN GEM. "We stayed for two nights while sightseeing and were happy to have chosen this hotel. Jordan at the front desk checked us in quickly and later solved a small issue with our key card rapidly and with a smile. The restaurant was good and we went twice for dinner. Our server Amy and the rest of the staff were happy and did their jobs well. The room was clean and quiet and the pool and hot tub were great to use to relax before bed. Nice place to stay when in Golden BC"

"The hotel was decently clean but so many things were NOT up to standard. The gym smelled moldy and had one kettlebell and two cardio pieces that were very old and gross. The clock wasn’t working and there was nothing to clean the equipment with. The second floor ice maker didn’t work. The plug in by the nightstand was so loose it didn’t charge anything. The shower made a screaming noise for about 5 minutes. Even the key cards looked like they’d been used 100 times and were dirty and scratched...

"We had a wonderful family stay at Basecamp Resorts in Revelstoke. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, which made it perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. We especially loved the beautiful mountain and river views. The amenities were great, including everything we needed, and the room itself was a highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed the location, views, room, staff, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again...
