"Front desk staff were polite. Cleaning staff were rude, came back from breakfast to find one of the cleaning staff in our room despite having a do not disturb sign on the door. When she was questioned she got rude and offensive. But nothing had been cleaned. Halls were dirty, the floor of the room felt like it had sand or dirt on it when we first walked in… room windows could hardly be seen out of them. We would not go back to this hotel"

"The Humphry Inn is located within walking distance of Union station and the VIA rail. The complementary breakfast is cereal, breads and a few hot items.
The room was very quiet and faced the parking lot.
I would stay at the Humphrey Inn again!"
