"Room was decently clean and modest, perfect for what you paid. Fridge made loud noise at night which was a bit distracting. The service was great, super friendly and accommodating. Very pretty 3 minute walk to the beach. Overall great value"

"Access to a spectacular beach is a highlight of this property. These are nice self-catering cottages that include a BBQ. The working mini-lighthouse that marks the driveway is a nice touch, it helps find the way back at night."

"Beautiful view! Immaculate suite! Great service! 4:30pm check-in and 10:00am checkout does not leave much time to enjoy an overnighter. No hot-tub or pool. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet get-away without the fixins/crowds. We’ll definitely stay again but more than one night and with lowered amenity expectations."

"I don’t understand how this place is a 9.4, I believe it should be a 5.0/10 It gave off more like an Indian motel vibe and the beach isn’t special to look at. For the price I paid, I’m extremely upset, what a waste of money. One night cost me so much. I will never book this because it was dirty, barely any cooking amenities, the bathroom shower guide rail came off and it was moldy asf! "Fantastic location!!! In my opinion, there isn’t a better location in Vancouver proper. It isn’t near a sky train station but the bus stop is literally right in front of the hotel, you’re right around the corner from English Bay, and Stanley Park is one block away. The hotel looks a little run down on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms are very nicely renovated and very clean. The attached pub had great happy hour specials and the food was good. "
