"We had a mixed experience. You are ‘welcomed” with signs about the keypad to get in, signs asking guests to “lose your shoes” and inspirational quotes such as “Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.” Unfortunately, this didn’t reflect our experience, as we didn’t meet the people running the property On the positive side, we were allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. There is also a large communal lounge and a well-equipped guest kitchen. However, our room was incredibly small...

"Access to the property is through a key code, it took me 6 goes to gain access via the door key pad system. The system only responds in Chinese which for me was not helpful at all, as I could not work out why the code was not working. I was told where my room was, on the 3rd floor (1st floor being the ground floor) and that there would be a key in the door lock, there wasn't and the door was locked.
