"Great location"

"Beautiful property, spacious, well appointed room and great location. It was especially nice to have quality dining options onsite including a cafe, and walking path along the lake. I would gladly stay here again but would request a second floor room as my only disappointment was the “view” of an SUV parked in front of my room’s window (reminiscent of a motor lodge though the property is anything but)"

"Our hotel room was perfect and welcoming touch as we arrived in +36°C weather on our motorcycle. It was a quick check-in, very nice renovated room with air already on for us. All services required were in walking distance, which was nice. Nice sitting area outside in the shade as well. We will definitely return to this hotel."

"Two issues. 1. Toilet paper is very thin. 2. They didn't tell me at check in that they were putting a charge thru on my card. I had already paid for the room and seeing a second charge go thru was unsettling. I hadn't been asked or given permission to charge my card. I was assured it would be reversed at checkout but I haven't seen that go thru my account yet. Their explanation was reasonable and I trust that I will be refunded but it would have been better if I had been asked before they...

"I had stayed here 12-13 yrs ago so just had to go back…The owner was super nice and couldn’t do enough for us. Room was recently renovated and so was very nice. 15 min from downtown, close to free ferry to Crawford Bay and about 45 minutes to Ainsworth Hot Springs.Would definitely stay again, hopefully soon. Recommend highly if staying in/near Nelson."
