This was our 5th time we stayed with Marriott falls view This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotel on Canadian side and also front desk staff is very friendly specially Zabbi. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were delighted to get a free room upgrade overlooking the Falls! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside was the noise coming though the ajoining room door - definitely not soundproof - but other than that we had a lovely stay

Staff gave me an unexpected upgrade on my room. Super grateful for the gorgeous River view. The facilities were luxurious and the staff welcoming. My only concern was the entrance way - more slat and preventative measures to ensure guests don’t slip on ice or snow at the entrance.

We had a great stay over the weekend. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We also used the spa and massage services, and the staff there were excellent and welcoming. The gym and pool areas were clean and well kept as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a very cold room and told the front desk staff. He said he would have maintenance check on this issue. We listened to music and had drinks in the bar. When we returned to our room, maintenance had replaced the temperature control in our room and it was warmer! We were very impressed!
