This was our 5th time we stayed with Marriott falls view This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotel on Canadian side and also front desk staff is very friendly specially Zabbi. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay over the weekend. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We also used the spa and massage services, and the staff there were excellent and welcoming. The gym and pool areas were clean and well kept as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I have no idea why this hotel has a high rating. The staff is nice and the room is more like a holiday inn. The valets are understaffed as it took 10-15 minutes just to return our car to the valet because of the lineup. Not their fault, I guess the owners are cheap.

Stayed for my 30th birthday, had the view, received the best massage at the spa and had the best breakfast every morning at the buffet. Would 100% stay here again! The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing time being in Niagara Falls for the first time.
