"My bed cover had a massive coffee stain and the fridge did not work. I asked if I could apply special code to be applied for breakfast and was told I had to contact Expedia to apply it. It was our anniversary. It was a bit disapointing."

"We did love our room and location… a bit of a glitch accessing our room as the code given didn’t work but by texting the property, we were very pleased with how quickly it was resolved. The room was designed and decorated beautifully and was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Had a great sleep in a comfy bed and a television with lots of channels. Only things I would have liked would be housecoats , shampoo and conditioner but all in all, we felt that we chose well with this lovely...
