The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Great to have access to our favourite restaurants and the OLG Stage without having to go outside if we didn’t want to. Although we understand Niagara Falls is a tourist attraction, we found the price of breakfast was a little high for what we got. Thanks!

Rooms are really clean and spacious. Staff is also helpful. Everything was connected internally so did great help during winter. The only thing that I didn't like was wifi services not available for all the guests. You needed to pay.

Room was in good condition and clean but could use better lighting. The location is great and good amenities. The elevator service is terrible though during check-in and check-out time. After checking in our room did not have a working fridge and we wasted some time trying to see when our replacement would come. Nobody could tell us a solid time so we had to switch rooms. The next day we had to shower as best we could in cold water as there was an issue with the hot water in the hotel affecting several floors. Again staff could not tell us how long before the issue was fixed. But as we were in a hurry to make a reservation we could not wait. Hotel needs to be better with informing guests of these issues. Not sure if i would go and stay at the Hilton again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was well taken care of, and we truly felt welcomed and relaxed during our stay.

This Hilton location was a disaster from the moment we arrived. Parking was so cramped that my car got scratched—and they still charged $80 for two nights in a slow season. We were upgraded to a falls-view room, but it felt like no one bothered to check it. Drawers left open, toilet seat up, bathroom leaking, shower door useless, water spilling everywhere, and the shower itself broken. No microwave, either. A front-desk staff member helped us with the lobby microwave and moved us to a better room—great. But the next morning, another staff member flat-out denied any microwave existed in the entire building and demanded to know who told us otherwise. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We ended up eating cold food. The “free” Wi-Fi is basically unusable unless you pay. The TV has almost nothing unless you pay. Even a tiny water bottle? $6. The whole place feels like a money trap pretending to be a premium hotel. We’ve stayed here before, but after constant issues and zero real service, this was the final straw. Overpriced, under-delivered, and absolutely not worth it. Avoid this hotel unless you enjoy paying extra for every basic thing. We won’t be returning, and I’ll be telling others to stay away too.

The staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean. The pull out couch was not comfortable as the mattress was very thin and you can feel the spring in the mattress. We really enjoyed the pools; the kids liked that there was an option for shallow for younger kids and infinity for older kids. We definitely will be back.
