"Staff was nice, competent. The room was terrible. Definitely NOT worth the incredibly high rate! Phone never worked, despite maintenance attending to it. Tv didn't work (didn't connect with my phone), despite maintenance attention. Loud a/c, maintenance gave up on my room and I had to pack up and move to another room. LOUD environment! Airport Shuttle's schedule was lazy."

"The staff were so nice, kind and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only problem was that AC was on and made the room cold, had to call to have maintenance to come and switch it to heat. Not being able to shut off the fan was a downfall, but other than that this is a great stay. Would stay there again, hopefully without so much construction around which hindered UBER being able to pick up."

"No valet parking have a very large 3500 platinum truck had to park a block away a breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor. View was great. Food was not so great. Had very little hot water first night. Couldn’t use the Jacuzzi tub if I wanted, shower was terrible but water pressure was awesome shower door leaked all over floor had to throw towels down and around door to get a shower. they said someone up to fix it tub and sink. We’re better shower was bearable for a Hilton hotel. I was not impressed."

"The hotel was beautiful. We had a view of the falls… breathtaking. The room was comfortable, we had a suite with a fireplace and sitting area. There were stairs that went up to the area with king size bed and another bathroom with a hot tub. We were very happy with our upgrade. The Spa at the hotel was beautiful, also with a view of the falls. We had a couples massage there. So great!"

"The staff was very uncaring…the room was nothing like the photo outdated for sure and carpet was filthy…18th floor and no coffee machine had to go to bottom floor and stand in a line up to get a coffee and no breakfast nothing….very over priced for sure…the jacuzzi was not appealing at yellow in colour from age…was in elevator going down and it jerked with a bang to the point we thought we were falling to the bottom (whole spine was jolted). When I brought it to the staffs attention they made zero comment….I do have one good thing to say at least the coffee was good but the cups where too small no sooner got it that you were finished larger cups would be nice and a jug of cream not those silly little containers. That only held up the line ( counter way too small ) oh did I mentioned ice is only on certain floors and not on ours…no interest in returning and planning on passing the word on to friends"
