"Room’s floor was sandy, a random cheerio, and found lot of dust when I accidentally dropped my earring on the floor. I even requested the front desk to have someone clean the floor but they told me they won’t do that and only refresh the beds. I rarely write any negative reviews but the fact that they refused to vacuum even after requesting it, I just feel like their standards are mediocre at best."

"Breakfast was decent but limited. Layout of the building was strange as guest windows looked directly out into a hallway, which in turn looks out into a very busy road; for privacy reasons the curtain had to remain closed for the entire stay, making the room dark. Rooms were clean, as were shared spaces. Proximity to metro station was convenient, though the location is not the most pleasant at night."

"The unit I booked was excellent. There are a ton of sights and things to see that are within walking distance. If you're in town for a few days, you'll never run out of places to eat. The parking lot could use a repave, but other than that, it's a great place to stay."

"Breakfast was good . Staff were friendly. Kitchen has nothing we were expecting at least induction . We ended of eating lunch dinner outside because there was no cooking utensils. Micro oven was not working fast enough too . Thank you "

"Fantastic location. Amazing property. Hallways are long and elevators are centralized, so if you plan to go in and out a lot and are on a schedule you might want to ask for a room assignment near the elevator (or just a lower floor)."

"My last visit was so lovely - the staff, the room, everything. This time, the check-in was great, but everything went downhill after that. There was a loud random knocking from some fan that came and went all night and kept me from sleeping. Not a background AC/Heat vent but knocking. Then, waking up late and exhausted, and showering in a hurry, I realized that there were no bath towels. When I told the front desk at checkout, I got zero sympathy. "We're undergoing renos, there are fans on"...

"An older property, but clean and comfortable. We had a couple of strange things come up - no dish soap for hand washing, dishwasher wouldn’t run, and the room’s temp control was auto-set to cooling - but we were able to work through most things and had a pleasant stay. Hôtel was quiet and staff were very helpful. Post-checkout luggage storage and lounge access are a bonus. "
