"This location has some great perks: the hot pool is amazing and relaxing after a long day of hikibg. The free underground parking is a bonus and they provide free Roam bus passes, with a stop right out front. This is something you definitely want to take advantage of to get around town without needing to drive and pay to park at other spots. "We stayed 2 days and got upgraded to a lovely room. Staff was nice but property seems to have some problems...first day hot water in room was luke warm. Hot tub was about 90 degrees and jets didn't work it's also very small for a 19 story hotel."
