"Typical tourist trap hotel in Niagara. Garbage customer service. One person at the hotel said pool opened 24/7 and another said opened from 1pm-9pm. "

"Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, family pool was very busy, wish the age for upstairs pool was 16+ as my daughters couldn’t go even tho we just wanted to sit in the hot tub, and instead had to go to the family one which was busy and full of kids. "

"Easy check in and check out. Easy access to room via stairs or elevator. Nice location. Close to playground and restaurants. Enjoyed the free wifi. We enjoyed the hot tub grotto. Wish there was a breakfast deal at the hotel."

"If looking to use pool ask before going,!it was closed for maintenance and I was never informed until I got there. "

"Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner. "

"The staff here are absolutely wonderful people. Extremely helpful and very happy to assist you. The bed and pillows were fantastic. We both had perfect sleeps. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The main floor bathrooms were spic and span clean. Fantastic location close to many outstanding restaurants. I highly recommend this property. "

"Very clean room and bathroom; good beds and new bedding; new bathroom towels; great water pressure; good wifi speed. Room was quiet and fresh smelling (no residue of smoke or other smells). Quick friendly check-in. Easy parking Overall great experience."

"Property is well kept and the location is centrally located. The one negative was the parking . They charge $25 CAD for an open parking lot. The car next me was broken into. The hotel post notice signs regarding security issues with the lot. I think if you’re charging for parking, you should be accountable for security. "
