"Thanks for asking as we were there for our honeymoon! First, ice was supposed to only be on even floors, but that wasn’t true because the ice machine was broken on the 20th floor, so we had to go to the 22nd floor. The jacuzzi didn’t work, but we found out that the instructions were on a small card on the bathroom wall, not near the jacuzzi. Nobody knew how to work it until our last day, so we never got to use it. Finally, on our last day, the power went out in the entire hotel, allegedly...

"My second stay was way better then my first. Not sure if it had something to do with the floor of the hotel, but my first stay was on the 10th floor. It took 10 minutes for the shower to get warm water. The couch in the room should probably be replaced. My second stay which was one week later. My room was on the 34th floor and the room was absolutely incredible. Staff in the lobby are very helpful and the breakfast was delicious."
