Cari Hotel di Bali

"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"We had a lagoon access room, a bit small with teens, only a curtain and glass door between the master bed and the bunks. Bathrooms and rooms need a good deep clean, door sliders, showers etc. Food at the hotel was good but a small buffet breakfast for a 5 star hotel. Okay for value for money definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not luxury compared to other hotels. Staff were accommodating and nice."

"lovely place"

"スタッフの皆さんが大変フレンドリーでおもてなしの心で接してくださり、リラックスして過ごすことができました。夫婦と小学生2人の4人で利用しましたが、全員が楽しめました。常に清掃されていて、スタッフの皆さまの意識も高く、清潔な空間でした。朝食もバラエティに富んで連泊でも楽しめました。"

"We enjoyed our stay here! The service was great and staff are all very friendly! "

"This hotel stay was very good. Hard to get around the property but the staff made no fuss about sending the cart to transport the guests. Great staff, great nature, amazing views!"

"予約したツインベッド２つの部屋ではなく、ダブルベッド１つになっていた。変更して貰おうとしても　満室で部屋がない・ツインベットでの予約は貰っていない・　スタッフの対応も雑で楽しみにしていた宿泊もがっかりでした。"

"Paradisus by Melia is a stunning resort and the staff there are amazing! Shout out to Darma and Oka who go above and beyond for the Reserve guests. We will be gping back!!!!"

"Great hotel and great location. Staffs are super friendly. Greets you with the most sincere smile everytime they meet you. Room is clean. Food is great. Definitely be back."

"Beautiful property. Rooms are large, well appointed and super clean. The grounds are perfectly maintained and stunning. There are no words for the elephant encounters. Washing, them, swimming with them, feeding them and having them come to your actual room for fruit are very special experiences. The staff are super helpful ,friendly and very knowledgeable .Dining is excellent . We’ll worth a visit and a stay at the lodge."

"The property is in great location very clean. Worth the Money. The staff are so friendly."
