Airport shuttle was waiting with a sign with our name. Staff were friendly and always happy to assist: at the front desk, breakfast, pool, restaurant, spa, and room cleaning. Immaculate accommodations, only down side was beach is under construction. Breakfast was incredible with such a wide variety to meet everyone’s needs.

Excellent breakfast buffet, polite cooperative staff. Nice grounds and large swimming pool. Safe deposit box was unreliable and we had a leak from the roof of the bathroom after heavy rain but in general, the room was fine. The beach was not nice however.

Excellent location on Kuta, central to anything you need, not far from the airport. Pool is large and clean, with plenty of recliners. Reception staff were friendly and helpful in solving problems. Really fast internet. The breakfast buffet was the best I've seen outside of five stars, huge selection, high quality, and with really excellent egg and noodle stations. Only drawbacks are probably short term, there's some heavy construction happening on the beach that cuts off access while i was here in early March, I don't know how long it's going to be occurring for. Aside form that, easy to recommend this place for those wanting a relaxing stay in Kuta. Cheers, all.

Pool area with swim up bar is fabulous and the pool is huge which is a bonus. Rooms were very clean & hotel gardens were lovely and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. Large variety of restaurants outside the hotel & it’s a good walk along the pathway on the beachside behind the hotel. Will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends.

When we arrived, the hotel garden practically under the water. We stayed for four nights, it was terrible. We were located on second floor because we were informed the lift not function due to the flood. The water came from the tap was brown. The twins unable to use the pool because the water was contaminated from the flood. Where we located was noisy all night. We can’t sleep. But breakfast great and location superb.
