Dont stay here. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone. outside the hotel rooms is good. and easy to walk to shops. but thats where it ends. you can smell the old mouldy smelling rooms as you walk in. the pillows smelt like B O and the phone for some reason smelt worse. you can here all foot steps and banging from rooms above. Overcharged at checkout by $1000 lucky i checked. took them 20 minutes to rectify there mistake.

Great for our family of 4. Easy to get around and lots of options for the kids on site. Staff very welcoming and accomodating. Inclusive breakfasthas a great range of choices, daily price of other food and drinks not especially cheap once added taxes but that is reflective of the area. Pool area is fantastic with large pool areas and shade to relax. We would definately book again.

We had an amazing time at Grand Hyatt Bali. The staff are always friendly and go over and beyond to help out. The hotel complex is so well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The variety of pools is great, the beach right in front of the resort. Restaurants offer great quality of food. Big shout out to the team at the Nampu Japanese Restaurant, you were the best and we enjoyed every breakfast with you.

All Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Service is very good with plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools. Never felt over crowded with space for all in beach area and pool areas. Lobby area is stunning and kept very clean with views of the ocean and palm trees.

Overall it’s convenient because everything is there, the beach, pool, restaurants & they have a mall that is at a walkable distance. The food in Bali is not good, but we never got sick eating at the hotel & eating at the plaza center.

Amazing place to relax
Big hotel, so you have to walk a lot, but the walkways are lovely made - nature and greenery. We love that it is close the the outdoor mall Bali connection, so you don’t have to eat all the time in the hotel or order a taxi.
