Our room was neat and clean, we had fresh towels and water. There was filtered water avilable from dispensers in the main lobby hallway which was super helpful! Staff were so kind and inviting, by the end of the trip some of them knew us by name which was so lovely. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again 😊

Clean and good size room , I had 2 double bed room for myself and my teenage grandkids. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed, great buffet breakfast with variety. Hard Rock Hotel is a family friendly my grandkids love it, there’s also something to do everyday. We travel as family and it’s was 9 of us. Thank you Hard Hotel Bali we had a great trip and a memorable one. Highly recommended.

Hard Rock Hotel has to be the best resort to stay at in Kuta. The staff are amazing, the amenities could not be better and it is so central in Kuta - whilst making sure you feel like you are in your own oasis. My family LOVED staying here on our recent holiday and we'll definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The food in the restaurant and cafe was amazing however the seafood bbq was not great. The food was not cooked well and my daughter fell ill from it. Other than that everything was amazing! The kids loved the pool and slides, the pool party, the live band was amazing and we loved the vibes of the bar, restaurant and cafe! We would definitely stay again!
